APARTO CRISTOBAL DE MOURA 196 STUDENT RESIDENCE, Barcelona

The aparto Cristóbal de Moura 196 Student Residence, located in Barcelona’s 22@ district, is an innovative project developed by Hines in collaboration with Henderson Park. Designed by Batlle i Roig Arquitectura, the residence spans 11,000 m² across 9 floors plus ground level, offering 347 student rooms.

Inaugurated in January 2024, with a construction budget of €28.7 million, the building combines comfort and functionality.
