In just 16 months of execution, we have successfully completed the new headquarters of the Medical Emergency Service (SEM) in Hospitalet de Llobregat— a 23,300 m² facility essential for emergency management in Catalonia. A project that, beyond its technical complexity, represents a major step forward in the modernization of healthcare infrastructure.

At G3, together with ENNE, our partner in several projects, we have led the integrated project management, Direction and Execution of Works, and health and safety coordination.

The project followed a Design & Build methodology, allowing for the optimization of resources and timelines through the integration of design and construction in a flexible and collaborative process. Execution was carried out by the Ferrovial - Climava joint venture, and the project was promoted by CATSALUT, with whom we have already completed three projects and are now starting a fourth: the new Proton Therapy building, an even greater challenge that we face with the same passion and commitment.

This project has once again allowed us to demonstrate the value of well-coordinated technical management.
