INSPIRE OFFICE BUILDING, Barcelona

INSPIRE is an innovative 15,385 m² office building located in Barcelona’s 22@ district (Pamplona Street 64). Developed by Glenwell Group, INSPIRE stands out for its sustainable design, featuring a charred wood façade and abundant greenery. In addition to serving as Project Managers, we also carried out key roles in Quantity Surveying, Direction and Execution of Works, and Health & Safety Coordination.

The building —the first in the 22@ district to achieve PAS2060 certification— also holds LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, Smartscore Gold, and Wiredscore Gold certifications. With its timber structure, natural ventilation system, and user well-being focus, INSPIRE is a benchmark in sustainable and efficient modern office buildings.
