The Intempo skyscraper is the tallest residential building in Europe. Located in Benidorm, it stands 202 meters tall and has 47 floors.

The project stands out for its unique geometric configuration, consisting of two straight, parallel towers. This inverted "M"-shaped structure not only defines its distinctive silhouette on Benidorm’s skyline, but also represents a milestone in vertical residential architecture.

The building houses over 250 luxury residences, distributed between both towers, with exclusive amenities such as a gym, spa, infinity pool on the 46th floor, and viewing decks with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
