Project Manager - BARCELONA

Under the supervision of the Team Manager, they will lead projects acting as a Project Manager (PM), taking responsibility and being accountable for the initially set commitments of Cost, Quality, and Deadline, ensuring the achievement of the expected results for the project.

TRAINEE QUANTITY SURVEYOR - BARCELONA

Under the supervision of the Quantity Surveying team, they will act as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor (QS) on projects, learning to carry out functions such as Construction Project Planning and Scheduling, Contractor and Subcontractor Selection and Management, Project Construction Supervision and Coordination, and Budget Administration and Cost Management.

Construction Manager - BARCELONA

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, they will act as the Construction Manager (CM) for the projects, performing tasks such as On-site Coordination of Contractor work, Inspection of the construction process, Reporting on progress and compliance with the schedule, and Monitoring the financial performance of the various contractors.

Construction Manager - MADRID

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, they will act as the Construction Manager (CM) for the projects, performing tasks such as On-site Coordination of Contractor work, Inspection of the construction process, Reporting on progress and compliance with the schedule, and Monitoring the financial performance of the various contractors.
