NEW HEADQUARTERS OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES OF CATALONIA, Hospitalet de Llobregat

The new headquarters of the Medical Emergency Service (SEM) in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat is a flagship project that blends functionality, sustainability, and innovative design. With a surface area of 23,500 m², the building was designed by b720 and AECOM, and built by the joint venture Ferrovial-Climava.

The project stands out for its structural flexibility, allowing for column-free spaces, and features bioclimatic elements such as semi-open courtyards and green areas to enhance workers’ well-being.

The new headquarters will centralize SEM’s services, improve emergency response capabilities, and incorporate advanced technologies to meet both current and future healthcare needs.
