The T3 Diagonal Mar project has been recognized at the World Architecture Festival 2025 as “Best Office Building of the Year”, also receiving a Special Mention in “Best Use of Timber.”

This morning, the Spotify Camp Nou reopened its doors.

Our colleague Gerard Pina Martí, Project Manager at G3, led the technical visit to the office building refurbishment project at Perú 62, as part of the Postgraduate Programme in Construction Execution Management by the CATEB Building School.

Last Friday, part of the ENNE – G3 team, including Mireia Mayol and Javier Chaves Carrascosa, visited the construction site of the new Proton Therapy Center located next to La Fe Hospital in Valencia, together with the Joint Venture (UTE), CatSalut, and representatives from the Conselleria de Sanitat of the Valencian Community.

G3 has been awarded, through a public tender, the Project Management service for the Blue Tech Port, the new innovation and sustainability hub of the Port of Barcelona, promoted by the World Trade Center Barcelona (WTCB).

Last Friday, at G3 we put on our aprons and headed to La Foodieteca to face a MasterChef-style challenge.

On September 13th, Getafe C.F., S.A.D. played their first home match against Real Oviedo following the start of the renovation works in June.

With a new image, a new structure, and the same essence as always.

This news is especially exciting for us, not only for the recognition, but also for what this project represents in terms of innovation, collaboration, and commitment to design that serves people.
