Today we had the opportunity to present to the jury the candidacy of the New SEM

Today we had the opportunity to present to the jury the candidacy of the New SEM Headquarters (Medical Emergency System of Catalonia) project, within the Project Management category, as part of the Catalunya Construction Awards organized by the College of Technical Architecture of Barcelona – Cateb.

A project we have jointly led from ENNE Gestión Activa de Proyectos S.L.P. and G3, and which has been a clear example of collaboration, commitment, and efficiency by all the parties involved.

Following the presentation, we visited the construction site in person to showcase the final result of all the work carried out over the 17 months of execution, clearly demonstrating the effectiveness of the Design & Build model proposed by the client, CATSALUT.

We would like to thank our project partners for their trust and support throughout the process: Ferrovial, b720 Fermín Vázquez Arquitectos, Climava, AECOM, CatSalut, and SEM.

The award verdict will be announced on June 19. Until then… fingers crossed!

On Thursday 10 October we celebrated our 25th anniversary at Sala B at Luz de Gas. A night where we wanted to commemorate, alongside with the people who have been part of our history, 25 years since our founding. More than 160 people amongst our own team members, clients, suppliers, collaborators and friends, were able to enjoy a good time together. We are very proud of our achievements to date and what is yet to come. As Mr. Josep Maria Forteza, our CEO, said “the most important thing is to be surrounded by good people and that is why we have a good team with good people that will drive G3 towards the future, which is where we have to look.”   We will continue to work with passion and humbleness, so as to continue giving the best service to our clients and thus continue growing as professionals.   Thank you for joining us on such an important day for us.

G3 in Madrid!

At the end of last year, we were presented with the opportunity to open up market in Madrid. We saw that it was a good time to face new challenges and take a further step in our growth. It was at the beginning of this 2.020 when we officially opened our headquarters in Madrid. We began this adventure with two projects, an office building where we provide Project Management and Construction Site Supervision for the developers SITACO and DAZIA, and a building for third party use, acting as Project Managers for HINES. Following the essence of G3, as on many other occasions, we look forward to the future, working with the enthusiasm that characterizes our team to continue growing and giving the best service in all our interventions.

G3 is participating in the construction of the Espai Hospitalari Polivalent – Sant Joan Despí Moisès Broggi Hospital

We are proud to be able to share with you that we have been awarded the Construction Management and Health & Safety Coordination of the Espai Hospitalari Polivalent at Sant Joan Despí Moisès Broggi Hospital. On October 13th, we received the first institutional visit with the assistance of the Director of the Servei Català de Salut (CATSALUT), Adrià Comella to the Espai Hospitalari Polivalent - Sant Joan Despí Moisès Broggi Hospital. CATSALUT is promoting the construction of a total of 5 multi-purpose hospital spaces. The purpose of these new facilities is to expand the hospital network in face of the health crisis in which we find ourselves immersed due to COVID-19. The Broggi Building will consist of 4,643m2 with a ground floor + 3 upper floors, holding a capacity of up to 84 beds and its construction is due in a maximum period of 5 months. The Project will allow the maximum flexibility of these spaces, depending on the needs at each moment. G3 faces this great challenge with the responsibility and social commitment it requires. G3 TEAM BUILDING - #G3ONTOUR 2022

Last October 7, our team was able to enjoy a new day of #TeamBuilding. During the activity, we made a tourist bus route through some of the projects in which we participate or which we have recently completed. With the aim of being able to combine group cohesion and professionalism, this outing was planned, where the project managers explained their role and experience in each of the buildings they had marked along the way, with a total of 12 scheduled stops. In this way, we also promoted the knowledge of the rest of our colleagues in the different areas in which G3 provides its services. Accompanied by a breakfast at the Hoxton Hotel – very good by the way, we finished the route at our offices where we were expecting some pizzas to end the day. A very special day where the whole team finally got together and shared the latest projects we are working on. G3 WINS THE 2022 CATALONIA CONSTRUCTION AWARDS

Last Thursday, October 27, the Night of Construction was celebrated organized by the College of Technical Architecture during which the Catalunya Construction Awards were presented. The team formed by Martí Broquetas, Javier Chaves and Juan Montoya was chosen by the Awards Jury, for the realization of the Knem office building, as the winner in the Integrated Project Management category. (Project Management). The Jury assessed very positively the rigorous and effective management in an environment full of difficulties (it was executed in the middle of a pandemic) in an architectural project of high quality as a result. During the collection of the prize our Team Manager, Martí Broquetas, thanked all the agents involved (Urban Input Group, b720 Fermin Vazquez Arquitectos, Copcisa, Deerns, bis, Mirla, Green Living Projects, a3AT A3, TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE) who collaborated in the project was a success.
