History

G3 was founded in 1994 thanks to the union of three people with a shared vision: to put their knowledge and experience at the service of clients, supporting them in the development of their architectural projects.

In a highly standardized sector, where the same methodologies and processes are often repeated for any project, G3 decided to forge its own path. How? By completely redefining what financial management and control services should be like and defining a 100% proprietary way of doing things.

This unique and disruptive approach has led us to where we are today: a national benchmark in Project Management and Quantity Surveying services, and an active player in some of the most iconic buildings.

In 2021, the founding partners appointed Daniel Forteza as their new CEO, intending to take a step forward in G3's trajectory and, thus, invest in the company's continuity.

As part of their strategic vision, they decided to implement a new organizational structure in 2023 that incorporates the role of Chief Process Officers. This restructuring aimed to optimize internal processes and promote greater specialization and responsibility in the management of the company's three different areas, led by Martí Broquetas (PM Director), Rafa Capdevila (DEO Director), and Rafa Linares (QS Director). This created a new executive governing body for the company: the Executive Management Team.

Now, 30 years later, our ambition, attitude, and enthusiasm remain intact. We continue to grow. We continue to evolve. We continue to offer a tailored and unique service. We continue to go beyond. And always with the same purpose: To offer our clients the support, experience, and attitude that makes the difference in making their projects a reality.
