Project Manager - MADRID
Under the supervision of the Team Manager, they will lead projects acting as a Project Manager (PM), taking responsibility and being accountable for the initially set commitments of Cost, Quality, and Deadline, ensuring the achievement of the expected results for the project.
To fill this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, Architecture, or Technical or Higher Civil Engineering.
- Experience as a Project Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Project Management or as a Project Manager, including cost control.
- Knowledge of commonly used computer tools for measurements and budgets (Presto/TCQ, etc.).
- Knowledge of BIM is a plus.
- Driver's license is a plus.
- Advanced user of Excel and knowledge of MS Project.
- Intermediate/high level of English.
