MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING OF THE GENERAL GRANOLLERS HOSPITAL COMPLEX, Barcelona

The healthcare project at the Hospital General de Granollers includes the construction of a new building annexed to the current Emergency Department.

The construction was carried out using the LEAN methodology with an IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) approach, allowing for optimised timeframes and resource management. BIM systems were also implemented to enhance the design, monitoring and organisation of the project, ensuring an efficient and sustainable execution. This new multipurpose building aims to modernise hospital infrastructure to provide more efficient services adapted to current healthcare needs.
